Brothers, Mark and Roy Mitchell are fifth-generation coastal residents.  They have a simple philosophy: provide a great product, on time, at a fair price. 

 

Mark, Chief Executive Officer,  graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with degrees in both Construction Management and City and Regional Planning. Mark was an "early adopter" of 3D Architectural design and modeling software. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Roy, Chief Finance Officer, graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has experience as Deputy City Manager - Finance for the City of Fort Bragg and as a corporate controller.
