North Cliff Hotel Photo Album - Page One

This thirty-nine unit hotel is located at the mouth of the Noyo River with a scenic view of the Pacific Ocean. Over 23,000 sq. ft. in size, it's full dimensions are seen in the photo below, taken from its ocean side. Utilizing a combination of steel and wood in the framing allows for lighter wooden members. This gives the overall structure a more elegant and less "massive" appearance  as well as great strength.  All railing is vinyl, which will remain beautiful without requiring frequent refinishing and repainting, unlike metal or wood. The use of gables, arches, and carefully-placed circular windows give the hotel an eye-pleasing appearance hinting at nautical designs. Exterior colors, suggestive of sand, water, and sky, complement the seaside setting.
