The Process - Design Stage

Design

The design process can take days or months, depending upon the ideas of the owner and the complexity of the design. Most basic designs are produced in a few weeks. Owners can take the drawings home, give them some thought and make any desired changes. The changes are then added to the computerized plans and more detail is added.

From this point on, the owner sits with Mark at the computer and participates in the final details: window styles and sizes, cabinet layout, hearth styles, etc.

During this process the owner can see the interior and exterior of any wall or room in full 3-D. Owners can "walk through" the home on the computer. Modifications can be made as quickly as they are conceived; variations of the plans can be created, viewed, and compared. Specific furniture can be added to rooms to check size and configuration. There truly is no limit to what can be done during this phase!
