The construction process is similar to the design process. We begin with a meeting with the owner at the building site. Together, we physically lay out the house to assure proper placement and and integration of the house with the important features of the site. We give the owner a few days to think about the placement: ideas often change once the true scale of the house is placed on the site.

Once the layout and placement are agreed upon, we begin construction. The owner is asked to visit the site as frequently as possible to insure that, at every stage, what is being built is what they envisioned at the computer. Changes are often made, and we expect that. We try to be as flexible as the owner wants and needs us to be.

Once the home is completed, we send in a professional cleaning service to "polish off" the process. The next step: welcome to your new home!
